The Three Little Pigs

Last week for my birthday, we all played board games. I had to go on divisions with one of my friends in the district because his companion is sick. And my companion is sick. They bought me a cake and sang happy birthday

We saw a bunch of miracles this week. We've been teaching a friend of a different ward so he's been helping us. We are teaching two of his friends. He is going to be helping me with them this week. He came to church and it was sweet.

I gave a talk at church about the three little pigs and it was dope. Everyone liked it. We played soccer... you could say I scored a goal.

We taught the plan of happiness and we went on divisions. We saw a video of the restoration with one of our investigators. We are teaching a few new friends.

One person we are teaching is this kid named Joel. He made it to the church and he has a bunch of friends at the church. He has 16 years age. The lesson that we had with him was super good. We made sure he understood everything before moving on to the next point. He had a light bulb and it's cool. It's cool when the spirit teaches you a new concept that you can use for people to understand. I said to my comp it would be weird if we were teaching in English.

I love you all and am so grateful for the opportunity I have to serve a mission!

Three Baptisms on Their Way

Dear Friends and Family,

The interviews for our investigators for baptism were very stressful! Satan is crazy the week of the baptism. We had three interviews: one is a kid of 17 years old his name is Jonatan. Jonatan wants to be a professional soccer player. His cousins are a family active.

Jonatan didn't show up for his baptismal interview. Our Iphone was about to die and we didn't have a charger. We were making calls like crazy to get a hold of this kid. The phone died! We joined together in prayer Elder Martinez and I and then moments later he came rolling down in his bike.

We also had two more intervews for Gabriel and Pamela. The next day was church and Pamela and Gabriel didn't show up and Pamela needed one more asistencia in the church! We took the decision to take a taxi to retrieve them. They made it for the last 10 minutes of church so it counted and stayed for the classes after. I have many investigators that are asking for the come follow me booklets.

The wedding of Gabriel and Pamela is a miracle! It wouldn't have worked out if it wasn't for the prayers at home from my friends and family. They wanted to get married for their 5 year aniversary.  Thanks to my mom and dads convincing traits that got passed down to me, they wanted their wedding the fastest possible. They told me no three times and I kept hitting them with different points. 1.think about the kids 2.think about the eternal life. 3. think about the happiness your going to experience after your baptism. We got them down to one year to 6 months to 3 months to one week haha. The wedding is this Friday! We are going to throw a Asadito for them. I wish we could throw a dance party for them but that will have to wait 1 year. I am so excited for their baptisms this week.

When people act, it brings blessings. When people act for the Love of God it brings miracles! Gabriel is acting for the love of Heavenly Father. I testify that I also love Heavenly Father with all my heart! In the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

The Miracle of the Bread and the Fruit

We started out with 100 pesos that is equal to $3.25. We went to visit a investigator, and she was bad. Her husband just left her. She didn't have any money for the kids to eat. We decided we were going to go buy her some food to survive for 3 days. We then talked to a family that was also in really bad condition that just moved into the neighborhood and the kids were starving. We had a lesson with them and we asked if they needed anything and she told us some bread for the kids. Then we passed a member of the church that was looking for food in the garbage can. The parent of my convert...  We decided that we would buy food for her too. We only had $3.25 cents. We went to the kiosco and we said we need a week worth of food with 100 pesos. She laughed and I didn't doubt for one second that we were going to feed these people. I knew that everything is possible for God Lucas 1:39! She then asked for who it was for and when I said that I was buying food for hermana Maria Rosa they happened to be good friends growing up.

I happened to find 100 pesos more in my pocket. I had no money in my pocket when I left my house that morning. Then, there was a mystery man that was delivering boxes for the store that morning. He then donated all that he had to us to make sure that these families could eat. We bought bread, meat, rice, pasta fruits and vegatables to last a week.  We still were short 200 pesos, but she was generous because she knew some of the food was going to her best-friend neighbor that she donated the extra food for us.

We then went to the members house that was looking in the trash, and my convert was there the 9 year old. She was so happy to recieve an apple that it looked like her eyes passed through the veil and saw an angel.

We then went to the woman that her husband left her and she had tears of graditude for us. We then gave her a priesthood blessing of consuelo. I remembered things about her from 3 months ago and my memory is terrible so it definitely wasn't me talking.

We then delivered the bread to the starving children. We then invited her to the church. Like in John 6 the bread of eternal life is much more valuable then the bread of mortal life.

I testify that we partake of the healing eternal bread every Sunday. This miracle has reminded me of the parable when Jesus fed the multitudes with just 2 fishes and 5 loaves bread. Just like how we had $2.50 cents we fed 3 families for a week.   I testify that anything is posible for God.  In the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

1 YEAR OUT!

Friends and Family,

I would like to start by saying thank you to some people that helped me on my journey here in Argentina! You know who you are. My parents, my brothers and sister, cousins, aunts and uncles, grandparents and my best friends. I am eternally grateful for the impact that you guys have had in my life! I love the mission! I've learned, grown, and changed so much! I have a passion for the Lord's work thats rooted in my soul. I would like to declare this day that I will be serving the Lord and his Church for the rest of my life! I love him! He is my best friend!

New Years: We played monopoly and Risk. We hung out with the boiz and we bought more ice cream.

I went on divisions with Elder Palacin. He is from spain! His accent is with th. He is a stud muffin and he taught me a lot about charity. He has so much love for the people. I could feel his charity.

It was raining super bad and we asked a person if we could borrow their unbrella so we had a unbrella for the two of us. It was a small miracle.

This year has been one of the most challenging years of my life yet one of the most deserving years of my life! Things that are worth it in life are

challenging. Let's make this year the best year 2019! LET'S KILL IT!
